How to decide on who you should use for your biggest financial decision?

Hi, I am Dave Viertels and a residential loan officer with Lending One Solutions. I take the time to explain completely what the buyers can expect during this process. I commit to communicate effectively with all parties so that nothing is left to chance. I attend all closings so that everyone knows that I can be counted on to do what's right and to make sure that it is.

As for being a loan officer for the past 8 years, the one common thing which I have found is that all things are important to my clients regardless of the size or scope. Equally important is availability.  I make every attempt to respond to all of my calls within 2 hours.  If you need something all you need to do is call. I even have weekend hours and actually meet with my clients.
